Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be included with your refund.

Refund Policy

We value all our customers and try to make their experience as enjoyable as possible by providing exactly what you need.

You may apply for a refund within 15 days after the purchase if you have any of the following issues with the product or the purchasing process:

  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
  • If two orders for the same product are placed within 24 hours of each other, one of the orders can be fully refunded, including shipping. In this case, please provide your order numbers or transaction information for both orders.

We accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Tobybluemouse@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. If the product is deemed to be in conformity of use, the originally purchased product (item) will be returned in the same condition that the company received it in.

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following circumstances: Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Shipping

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
